1) FULL COMPETITION PROGRAM
2 hours of training in the morning
2 hours of training in the afternoon
1 hour of physical training
Maximum of 3 players on the court.
Individual program possible.
A total of 25 hours a week spread over 5 days.
This is included in the programs
Technique, Video analysis, Tactics, Strategy, Mental training, Match training, Physical training, Recovery.
Competition planning.
Training Monday-Friday with the exception of public holidays and holidays (training can take place on weekends). The players can be distributed under both programs.
